Paul joined Xstract’s Corporate Finance team following a career which started as a geologist exploring for gold deposits in the highlands of PNG, evolved into a senior stockbroking role analysing Australia’s listed resource companies and more recently involved direct investment in the sector for one of Australia’s largest fund managers. 

 
A key to attracting capital to fund growth for listed resource companies, or those looking to list, is to convince potential future stakeholders of the merits of the company and its prospects. 
 
This technical talk will cover key areas to consider in raising capital from an Australian institutional investors’ perspective, from an analyst who has spent the 15 years analysing the financial credentials, corporate strategy and senior management of ASX listed companies.
